Arnold Laub is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley's Boalt Hall School of Law. His career helping plaintiffs solidified shortly after completing law school, while awaiting his bar exam results. At this time, Mr. Laub worked as an insurance claims adjuster where he saw and felt injustices occurring by insurance companies. He decided to represent the plaintiffs to equal out the playing field and provide the plaintiffs with increased bargaining power. As Laub points out, "...there's an inherent inequality in the bargaining strengths of corporations and individuals." Mr. Laub helps remedy that disparity and instill more possibilities for plaintiffs. He has been assisting plaintiffs in major accident cases for more than 46 years. |
