Dear Willie:

I'm informed by our mutual friend, Arnold Laub, Esquire, that he has requested consideration to one of the several commissions.

I think Arnold would be particularly effective as a member of the Public Utilities Commission, because he is bright, intellectually capable of discerning the genuine relevancy of facts surrounding any particular issue. In the alternative, I believe Arnold would render extraordinary service as a member of the Airports Commission, based upon all of the foregoing qualities and his prior experience in the field.
