In this mail to you, I wish to express my deepest thanks for all that you have done to alleviate my pain, fears and other wounds that would have left me totally depressed and in shambles for the rest of my life. I refer to your very elaborate and professional approach in handling my unfortunate accident that occurred 01/26/04 where I was struck from the rear by an 18wheeler.
