Let me take this opportunity to congratulate you on your election to the presidency of the California Jaycees. I am sure you will have a most successful term.

We here in the Governor's office are indebted to you for your help in forming the California Service Alliance, Operation Flood Relief and the Vietnam Veterans program when you were a national director last year. I am extremely pleased with the new relationship between this office and the Jaycees, and hope it will be made stronger in the future.
